KW Saltwater is Fort Bragg’s newest fine dining establishment. Featuring local and sustainable seafood and meats such as
Mariposa Ranch,100% pasture raised ,grass fed beef, and Liberty Duck from Sonoma county.
Local seafood including catches by local fisherman Anthony Ferrari. 
Serving all protein products hormone/antibiotic free.

Prix fixe menu $40pp.

1st Course

Fried calamari – Red Endive Salad

Fresh Monterey squid, apple, Point Reyes Blue cheese, kumquat, Pecans, champagne dressing

 

2nd Course

Fried Petrale Sole cutlets

Beer battered and fried cutlets, roasted fingerling potatoes, red cabbage slaw with tzatziki sauce

Or

Pan roasted Pheasant

Creamy Blue corn polenta, roasted sweet pepper confit, broccolini, balsamic syrup, Parmesan Reggiano

 

3rd Course

Lemon Crème Brûlée
